Position:

Business Development Executive – Media Sales (Anna Media Network)

Location: Work From Home / Hybrid (Field visits when required)

About Anna Media Network:

Anna Media Network is a fast-growing digital media platform featuring YouTube channels like “Anna Show” focused on public awareness, current affairs, real estate, and career updates in regional languages. Our goal is to build a trusted media ecosystem connecting audiences with authentic information and reputed brands.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Marketing Executive to generate advertisements and sponsorships from business houses such as hospitals, colleges, coaching institutes, real estate firms, astrologers, and Vastu consultants for our YouTube and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential advertisers in your region (online & offline).
  • Pitch Anna Media Network’s channels and audience reach to prospective clients.
  •  Develop marketing proposals and close advertisement deals.
  • Coordinate with the media production team for ad video creation and scheduling.
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up for repeat campaigns.
  •  Meet weekly and monthly business targets.
  •  Provide feedback and local insights to improve channel reach.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Telugu, Hindi, or English preferred).
  • Confidence to talk to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of YouTube, social media marketing, and advertising trends.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
  • Must have smartphone and internet access.
  • Field visit ability is a plus (for local promotions).

Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate (Marketing background preferred)
  • Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Ad Sales will be an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives:

  • Fixed Stipend or Salary (₹15,000 – ₹18,000)
  • High Performance-Based Incentives for each confirmed advertisement.
  • Opportunity for promotion to Area Marketing Manager based on results.

Working Hours:

Flexible / Target-based (with daily reporting)
